The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was large and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect- within walking distance from the city center

Good size apt for two people with everything you need like an Airbnb but better and without massive cleaning charges. Nice and quiet as well with sea view from lounge. I travelled with a child and they were so considerate getting us into the property a few hours earlier than regular check in - it was really appreciated.

Set in a residential street, this large Victorian house is only a 2-minute walk to South Shields town centre, parks and beaches. It has nicely decorated bedrooms and free parking. Overall great service. Quiet, clean and enjoyed staying at Kingmee
