Best of all was the host. We booked room at quite late time and despite late chech in the room was ready and we were welcomed. We were travelling around the area and didn't have charger for the phone and even toothbrushes, which host provided to us even after midnight. Would stay there again 10/10.

It also offers a seasonal outdoor pool and a furnished terrace. This is a charming hotel in a very convenient location. I was traveling alone and it suited my needs perfectly.

The castle of Trigance is located in the village Trigance in the heart of the gorges of the Verdon. You can sleep there, eat in the semi-gastronomic restaurant or have a drink and relax on the panoramic terrace. The chateau is located in an extraordinary setting, high above the River valley and village below. The views from the upper terrace are unbelievable. I went up in the night, and could see an expanse of stars. Easy to imagine manning the watch tower several hundred years ago. Room 5 was so cool. With a curved rock wall from the medieval fortress and period-appropriate furnishings, another time-traveling experience. An amazing place.
