You won’t find a nicer place to stay! The Kranjska Gora Apartments Katja was wonderful! Staying for a whole week would not be a problem, but we were only able to stay a couple of nights during September between driving and hiking days. The apartment is arranged perfectly with a king bed, a nice living/kitchen/dining room, a large bathroom, and a good balcony with mountain views. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump into the town of Kranjska Gora where there are restaurants, a grocery and shops. We were there in summer, but I think there is at least one nearby ski location. The kitchen is outfitted with enough essentials to function for meals with a full-sized sink, cooktop, wall-oven, dishwasher and microwave. Quality blinds lift from the bottom making it easy to have privacy plus a view of the mountains out the top of the window. The small extra pillows on the bed were a nice touch! Everything was very clean and very functional. Parking is reserved right on site. Bojan was very friendly and helpful when welcoming us to stay.

Everything was perfect, the host is kind and helping, the view of the mountains is stunning, it is a real pleasure to drink your morning coffee on the terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything, super clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, the toilet spacy and clean, it has even detergent for washing clothes. The accommodation is located slightly north of the centre of Rateče. Parking is very conveniently provided next to the apartment. The communication with the owner was excellent, the arrival instructions were very precise, and generally the owner was very flexible. The view from the ground floor is average, but from the first floor it is very beautiful! The area is very quiet, and a very pleasant sleep is guaranteed! The kitchen was well equipped.
