The chill zone with a view of the mountains was great :)

We loved our stay. The location is perfect. It is silent, there is barely any traffic. From the appartment you can walk to the nearby camping where you will find a mini supermarket that sells fresh bread for breakfast, and some other groceries. You can also hike to the Martuljek Waterfall and do some via ferrata routes, without need for a car. You have your own parking space.
There is good wifi. The beds were comfortable (in previous reviews we read that there would be soft mattrasses, this is not the case, I think they are renewed). The balcony/terrace is very nice. Amazing view on the mountains. We loved the cat that visited us every morning during breakfast on the terrace. It has a roof so you can also sit outside when it rains.
We did not get to meet the host, but the instructions for checking in were clear, nice that the checking in time is flexible because the key is in a key box with a code.

The accommodation is located slightly north of the centre of Rateče. Parking is very conveniently provided next to the apartment. The communication with the owner was excellent, the arrival instructions were very precise, and generally the owner was very flexible. The view from the ground floor is average, but from the first floor it is very beautiful! The area is very quiet, and a very pleasant sleep is guaranteed! The kitchen was well equipped.
The apartment was very clean and in the great location. Perfect stay in a good price and beautiful view on the mountains. The owners were very nice and it was easy to communicate.
