I recommend this hotel it feels like home for women travellers. It is also a relaxing, quiet hotel that looks over to the Atlas Mountains, which is beautiful.
The manager organises an affordable and friendly taxi driver each time you need to travel into Marrakesh, along with a pre-arranged pickup. This avoids the brutal prices charged by other drivers.

The guesthouse was warm and cozy, nice and quite garden. We were served delicious food and Florence was a good help to find out excursions to the atlas village. The balloon trip was very close to her house. I hope we can come back !

The villa was in a lovely quiet and private location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Pool area lovely, great addition swing seat. This was used a lot 🙂 lovely Moroccan feel to the villa interior. Couldn't complain about the look or location and pictures doesn't do this lovely villa enough justice.

I am shocked at previous reviews, the property is unhygienic and unsafe. You get electric shocks from sockets, there are naked wires. It’s extremely unhygienic. Insects all over worktops in kitchen. Very unkept. The fridge needs a desperate clean as with most the appliances. The crockery is dirty with left over food from previous guests.
We were with 3 children, it was so unsafe having children in the property with naked wires and dodgy electric.
The care taker is not on site all the time as it states. This property is in a remote village with the local shops about 30 minutes walk.
We booked for 4 nights but left within 16 hours. Im giving this a 1 as I can’t leave any lower.

The food was exceptional and extremely tasty. The whole property/resort is an amazing place. As there were so few other people staying, it felt like our own private retreat as we hardly ever saw anyone 😊 Pierre is a great host with a magnificent property. Ismail is an exceptional worker who never seemed to stop working whether it is serving our breakfast, lunch or dinner and even drinks from the bar. The pool area was great, with a second smaller pool tucked away. The room we had was like our own mini castle with the upstairs balcony looking over the whole property. We were lucky to have great sunrises every morning. We pulled the living room sofa onto the balcony to be able to watch it each morning before going to breakfast. The orange juice was literally made from the oranges from all the orange trees in the gardens, so it could not be any fresher

Our stay at Villa La Zitoune was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, a lovely couple who made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and every detail was taken care of with great care and attention.
The property itself was fantastic. We loved spending time at the pool, which was always clean and well-maintained. It provided a refreshing escape during the warm afternoons and added to the overall relaxation of our stay.
The hosts were incredibly accommodating and always available to offer recommendations and assistance. Their genuine warmth and friendliness truly made a difference in our experience.

Excellent, friendly service, comfortable and pleasantly-decorated rooms and a very good breakfast. Located less than an hour from Marrakesh but in a quiet spot off the main road with a lovely garden with a good pool, this is an excellent destination if you're looking for a more relaxing stopover outside the city.
The hotel was in great location with pool and amazing breakfast. Bathroom was a no-no. Bathroom didn’t have any shower gel or hand wash. Also the shower wasn’t working properly. Bedroom was nice and clean with balcony. Overall decent condition.
Meals were good - even got a different pudding to normal! Room was good if laid out a bit unusually. The hosts were very friendly and have a very cute toddler. It was cool with no need for air-con. Very quiet location -see below.
Great location when you plan to cross the Tizi n’Tichka. The hotel has a restaurant next to it. Good breakfast with an egg prepared in a Tagine. Nice view from the terrace! The staff is friendly and helpful!
Very friendly staff and owner! Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Although we already ate before we arrived the owner insisted we try some of the amazing couscous. In daylight its pretty easy to find, but maybe at night a bit harder so try to be there before sundown. P.s there is a super friendly dog there called sam :)
