Lovely spacious rooms with superb breakfast. The ambience of the hotel was superb the only regret is that our stay was short and could not spend more time on the viewing deck from where we could look into the sea (I think it was the sea or was it river)

Food is very ordinary. The dosa not cooked well. Fish limited options the kalamari was under cooked . Frankly after 1st meal we never ate there besides breakfast as it was pre paid. Room was clean, hospitality good, staff good & helpful. But restaurant not comfortable. chairs low because of monsoon the cushions were removed from the cane chairs, i understand but how come no alternative , table becomes 3 inches higher. Difficult for arm resting so- Food & restaurant a negative.Rest all good.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and welcome drinks. Tamara in the reception provided a level of service that exceeded all expectations and she was extremely helpful in sorting out everything we asked for and needed help with.
The hospitality here is truly outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. From the front desk with Tamara, to the housekeeping team with Santanu cleaning and stacking up our room every day, to the waitering team with Jayesh’s kindness. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with a giant TV. The bed was very comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep. The rooms were sound proofed so you wouldn’t be disturbed by other guests, but you will hear the ocean and waves if you face the Bay like we did (we stayed during Monsoon season).
The fitness center is well-equipped and we enjoyed several work out sessions there and ended them with a great breakfast buffet where they had a wide range of options to suit all tastes.
We can highly recommend Goa Marriott Resort and Spa to anyone looking for an unforgettable hotel experience in the area. So a huge thank you to everyone at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa for making our stay so special!

The team was very polite and friendly. Location just perfect a hop step and jump away from public transportation, restaurants, clubs, pubs, jetty, cruises and Churches and Temples. You would love how many people visit the area and particularly this hotel to click photos of the picturesque streets. Comfy and cozy rooms not too big not too small very tastefully done up. And to know the hotel is a heritage property. The breakfast was ample and quite tasty.

The hotel is beautiful. Its location is 10/10. Staff is really helpful and the food is delicious. Food is very reasonable. Also the view from my room was awesome. It rained throughout the trip, but I hardly felt like going out because of the view. Peaceful and pretty vibe. The staff helped me get transport and the food was served really fast. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The river was swelling with water and the decor really kept up with the Goan theme.

Location was good. Upgraded room had balcony and a side view of the beach. Room was petty spacious. Staff were helpful. There's free coffee in the reception at all times.
Beautiful plants all around. Lovely old home in quiet area. Friendly cats and dogs. The guesthouse is family run. Mr Afonso and his mother were always ready to give information and assist with transportation planning.
The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is excellent - quite a walk to the centre of Fontainas but still near some interesting places and generally very quiet (apart from the usual street dogs). There is a water filter, and a large fridge so cold water was always available.
Cockroaches found in property. Property was in renovation hence entry location was different. Also pet dogs were kept in open. False commitment by staff to extend 1 more day by providing additional room and then saying it is not vacant.
