The property was a nice property and the beach was good. However the best thing about the place was the hospitality of the people there. Special mention to Abishek and Mahendra who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cater to our needs.
The story telling dinner that we had at The Settlers restaurant was also excellent and not to be missed.

Liked everything about the property. The exquisite location amidst nature is the highlight. The villas were luxurious. Best part was the private beach which was a complete surprise for us.
Food was also excellent and the restaurant serves great variety of sea food. The restaurant also has this beautiful sunset view which we really enjoyed. Kudos to the entire team. Keep up the good work.

I stayed here with my son for 4 nights and felt that we were so well looked after by Kishore ( staff) and the owners Ratan and his wife and great cook Bibha. They were so genuinely friendly, helpful and easy going. The location was very peaceful and the hotel very clean and comfortable.
I had chosen because of the location and close proximity to Sitapur Beach.

Very beautiful resort, staff was always helpful. 2 times we've had bugs in our room, which I guess is normal, since the resort is in the middle of nature, but as always the staff was immediately there to help us with that.

There are many things to like about this accommodation. The first is cost. In an otherwise expensive Neil island, this accommodation gives a fantastic price to performance ratio. It is super affordable. It provides excellent food service. The communication with the owner and his family is pretty smooth and transparent. They can arrange tour service at very competitive rate. The location is a little far from the beach but it is walkable. The room interior is okay compared to what we are paying. The washroom is clean.
