Patina Vivera is a lovely place to stay! The place has a wonderful calm and relaxing vibe. The breakfast was delicious, the house was very clean, the staff was very kind and offered super service and it was easy to communicate with the host.

To be honest, the room was a bit weird. It needed some new fresh lighting and a new bed. There are some organizational questions that can be done in a better way, but in general staff is very helpful (including help with the luggage). Breakfast was charming and pool area is great to relax. This hotel has all the chances to become one of the greatest places to visit and I wish owners all the best in their adventure to make the hotel one of the greatest one)

We received a warm welcome by Kleo who helpfully gave us some tips on how to get around the island and served snacks and juice. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but she arranged for our rooms to be ready in a short time. Highly recommend this apartment! Amazing apartment for the affordable price. Located in Pyrgos, 15-min drive from the Thira port, with different cafes, restaurants and shops near by. Villa is totally new and offers all the facilities you'll need for short or long term stay. Beautiful bedrooms, comfortable shower room with, kitchen with all needed cutlery and a jacuzzi with sunbeds on the rooftop. Interior is very modern and cozy. Rigas and Sophia were really kind and helpful with any issues. Service 10/10!

Pyrgos is a quiet village away from mass-tourism (at least end of September) and located close to several nice beaches but you'll need a vehicle (quad,...) to get around places.
Lovely facility, completely new with tasteful interior, amazing room, super attentive and competent staff and owners. The views are spectacular, the food is great and the location is really good.
Location excellent for what we wanted as we needed 2 nights at the start of our holiday, and 1 night at the end. Staff were very helpful with transfers from airport and to the port, and it was lovely to have a pool. Easy to walk to Pyrgos in 15 mins if you take care on the road (and use a short cut by the petrol station en-route). Bus stop outside the hotel for non-express buses, including from the port itself.
Super friendly and helpful host who checked me in, checked up on how things were going and will booking any trip or tour you want. Offered daily cleaning and topped up cake, juice, jams, tea/coffee etc daily. Offered loads of information about the island, what to do and see and which restaurants to visit. Location was really handy for getting about the island (with a car).
House was spacious with a big terrace and there were two cute old dogs living on the property.
Ilia's and Tanya were the best hosts. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.
The cave Studio is beautiful, it was very clean with a very comfortable bed. It was slightly chilly but that was mostly the fault of the weather!! We got a little basket of fresh bread, yoghurt, fruit and eggs for breakfast, all local produce I think, lovely!
Tanya gave us some great advice for places to visit and restaurants for dinner. We had a fabulous stay made all the better by the friendly resident cat!!
