The property is easy to get too, very warm and welcoming as you go inside and is decorated really nicely all way through from the entrance to the reception, restaurant and rooms.
The staff were so friendly and gave our dog loads of attention and treats.

Everything was brilliant from checking in the caravan was like a home from home modern with a nice size shower full size beds very comfy a kitchen with everything you need to a living room/dining room with big tv and 2 sofas and nice big decking with outside chairs to sit and take in the stunning views of the lake and a 30 second walk to the ski bar for beverages and lovely food

Hotel was just great, quite which we like, modern. Totally dog friendly, the staff were so accommodating. We did only book an economy double which was in the roof space so wouldn't do that again, would definitely opt for a normal room without the sloping ceiling. We ate and drunk in the bar. Food was superb, I had the battered haddock and chips absolutely beautiful, the chips were something else. We will definitely be returning only 1 mile walk to the beach so location is perfect with a dog.
The check was smooth, and the receptionist was very pleasant.

Went with 2 small dogs, excellent dog friendly hotel, room nice, good food, good service, overall absolutely recommend this hotel especially for people who want to take there furry friends.
We liked the location - town centre. The room was a great space and we loved the fact its dog friendly, although you couldn't tell when we entered. It was clean and brightm would definitely stay again.
