Our daughter has celiac disease and we chose this hotel because of all the gluten-free options for food. The view from our room balcony was amazing, all of the staff were amazing and the location was the best. We stayed here with our 10 year old daughter and there were some families with younger children, but the crowd was mostly older couples. We found that a plus because everyone was very respectful and it was a peaceful, quiet stay.

Very central location to the ski lift. The employees were exceptionally friendly, helpful and as we could see very hard working. The Hotel is very beautiful and cozy and a typical Austrian old traditional house. We had a few issues but overall a great week at this Hotel and in the Tannheimer Tal!

Incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts, indoor room to securely store our bikes, provided us with English guide leaflets for the area and also included is the local tourist card for chair lifts and buses. The apartment was really spacious, comfy and clean. The hosts were available at reception to answer any questions we had and speak perfect English for us non German speakers. Excellent location in Gran for access to the Tannheimer Tal.
Unbelievable spa and infinity pool, be prepared for nakedness if you are not used to this.
Barman Alex, Waiter Dejan were excellent company, hope they are there when I return. Markus also was friendly and helpful. Night staff cleaner very sorry cannot remember his name (began with S) was so so kind and funny.

Nice clean & comfortable room - had a good nights sleep, covered parking (I was on a motorbike) and great location for walks with easy access to the cable car for some fantastic views.
The house is in a very nice location central to all of the area activities. It is very large with plenty of beds and room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with most everything we needed for cooking for a large family.
