The view was great, rooms were very clean, and food was yummy. We payed for both the 15 EUR pp dinner and the 6 EUR breakfast and both were tasty traditional meals. At first we thought 15 EUR was a lot for dinner in the region but with the amount of food we got it was worth it - we got to try a lot.

The area is stunning and rustic. It is mainly nature. People come to walk the trails, mainly for the Blue Eye.
The Royal Land in very nice clean basic rooms. the food is great and plenty. We had dinner there, not many options around, and enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was also great. for our Coffee edicts, they have a great coffee machine.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay !
The room was simple, but it wasn't missing anything, it was as described and depicted in pictures. And views from the small balcony - spectacular ;) same from their terrace and the garden!
The staff was very helpful and friendly, helped us with all questions and requests, were very honestly taking care of all their guests.
Cards were accepted which is surely not the case everywhere, and it was a big advantage, too.
All food was home cooked, nothing fancy, but one can see it is done with care and attention.
The place is further from Theth and the famous Valbonna hike, but that is also clear from the map, and instead one gets fantastic views to the valley :))

we had an amazing time. The view of the Albanian mountains is breathtaking, and the room itself was perfect, especially with a bathtub you could fill with hot water when it was freezing outside. The hotel manager is incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful, which made a huge difference in our stay.

The room, the hostess, the food, the location, everything was great! Especially the food. Everything from own garden, milk from own cow, meat from own animals. I asked for yoghurt, but it was not possible because it was to hot. It means she only give it when she can make it fresh. Really plus plus plus! If you want an real Albanian experience, go for it!!!

Amazing view and nice facilities, new and modern interiors, spacious, jacuzzi and pool, really quiet and perfect escape for relaxing vacation. My kid loved playing with cats with 5 kittens although they kept coming inside under the door screen.
Everything about this place is great! The location is breathtaking and the villa is beautiful. The hosts are very attentive, we had a problem with our WiFi at first but someone came to fix it straight away. Would definitely recommend!
