We had a great time at Bujtina Terthorja - it is a beautiful family run guest house with amazing scenery. The rooms are new and very clean. The food was incredible - some of the best we’ve had in Albania! The family are so lovely and make you feel completely at home. Highly recommend staying here!!

My partner and I had such a positive experience staying here. The Guesthouse is beautiful and the scenery is stunning. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant food was delicious and affordable. I am Coeliac and they were very thorough and accommodating in making sure I could eat safely.
The Guesthouse is family run, with three young sisters running the show through the summer along with their parents. They were welcoming, chatty and spoke excellent english. They even made a cake for my partner's birthday!

We stayed in a cabin for 4 nights and had the best time here! The views were amazing, the cabin felt really luxurious and Astrit and his family were so welcoming and kind. We ate all breakfasts and dinners here- incredible, traditional dishes using fresh and local ingredients (including vegetables from their garden). Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Theth!

Best thing is that the area is very quiet and secluded. You need to do some extra walking up from Theth (~30 min) but it’s totally worth it. I was so happy that I booked this place instead of anything in the village center. You got this big yard with an astonishing view on the mountains and the stars which you can enjoy lying in a hammock!
I also loved the breakfast. It was a buffet with eggs, sausages, cheese, and a large variety of fruits which you don’t meet very often in the Balkans.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, it got all the amenities, even the shower cap.

The room, the hostess, the food, the location, everything was great! Especially the food. Everything from own garden, milk from own cow, meat from own animals. I asked for yoghurt, but it was not possible because it was to hot. It means she only give it when she can make it fresh. Really plus plus plus! If you want an real Albanian experience, go for it!!!

Amazing view and nice facilities, new and modern interiors, spacious, jacuzzi and pool, really quiet and perfect escape for relaxing vacation. My kid loved playing with cats with 5 kittens although they kept coming inside under the door screen.
Everything about this place is great! The location is breathtaking and the villa is beautiful. The hosts are very attentive, we had a problem with our WiFi at first but someone came to fix it straight away. Would definitely recommend!
