Room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The owner  was the individual who checked me in and had to be one of the nicest people at a motel that I have ever talk to. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

We found this gem last year when looking for a last minute vacation spot. Roughly 300 feet away from the 125th street entrance to the beach. Perfectly located at the quieter end of the beach, not boring, just quieter. THIS PLACE IS SPOTLESS! The room design is dated but don't let that stop you because it's spotless.
