Room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The owner  was the individual who checked me in and had to be one of the nicest people at a motel that I have ever talk to. GREAT LOCATION, SO CLOSE TO MANY RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, BEACH AND BOARDWALK, THE HOTEL EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS AND THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO OCMD FOR YEARS AND MOST TIMES STAY IN BEACH BLOCK CONDOS, WHICH ARE VERY PRICY. I STUMBLED UPON DUNES COURT IN MY SEARCH AND FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND I AM SO PLEASED THAT I DID, I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING AND TRADING IN MY PRICY CONDO FOR THIS CUTE, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, CONVENIENT HOTEL.

We found this gem last year when looking for a last minute vacation spot. Roughly 300 feet away from the 125th street entrance to the beach. Perfectly located at the quieter end of the beach, not boring, just quieter. THIS PLACE IS SPOTLESS! The room design is dated but don't let that stop you because it's spotless.

Matatagpuan katabi ng Talbot Street Pier, na nag-aalok sa mga guest ng napakagandang pagkakataon para mangisda, ang motel na ito ay nagtatampok ng M.R. Ducks, na isang on-site bar and grill. Location was fantastic, went fishing early and it was a 1 minute walk to charter boat, parking was right there and the room was great and very clean.
