Thankful to the team at the property for accepting our booking and being up so late to greet us on arrival. After a 4+hr wait at the airport only to be cancelled, the King size bed was a welcomed feature to get into, for a good sleep. Thanks to the team at the property!

Situated in the heart of Wellington’s entertainment precinct, Apollo Lodge Motel offers free WiFi and free off-street parking, subject to availability. We were charmed by the coziness of the hotel in such a large city. It felt like small town caring in an international setting.

Opposite the hospital was great for visiting a patient. Very comfortable bed. Although near a busy road it did feel peaceful when inside with door closed Helicopters landing on the helipad at the hospital were very loud for a short time - and quite fun to watch. The kitchen was very good with a sink, fridge, stove top etc. we provided most of our own meals. Very helpful staff - friendly and willing to help. I liked the stairs for exercise - initially I puffed but it got easier.
