The fact that there is an industrial washing machine and dryer is really convenient (in a little more than an hour we had our clothes cleaned and dried). The staff was very friendly and gave us a map of the city. The free parking and the position are really convenient.

I enjoyed my stay with my husband and if I come to porirua again I would book this motel again. The room is always clean and thanks to the cleaners and thanks to the staff as well for there help as well. It does not have a view but go out for a walk and you will see some nice views

Although near a busy road it did feel peaceful when inside with door closed Helicopters landing on the helipad at the hospital were very loud for a short time - and quite fun to watch. The kitchen was very good with a sink, fridge, stove top etc. we provided most of our own meals. Very helpful staff - friendly and willing to help. I liked the stairs for exercise - initially I puffed but it got easier.
