Large living room with separate bedroom. There was a well equipped, small kitchenette. A large, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There were several facilities for fishermen. It was very pleasant to sit on the deck and watch the birds. It was a short walk to the river. There were laundry facilities on site. We loved the place.

Situated a 4-minute walk to Waikato and Braemar Hospital, BKs Premier Motel Hamilton is located in Hamilton, 1.9 km from Hamilton Gardens. Soooo clean. Our room had a Queen Sized bed, a kitchenette & shower ensuite. The kitchenette had a 4 ring hob, microwave, standard size fridge & pots & pans etc everything we needed. There is a laundry room where you can wash & dry your clothes FOR FREE. We stayed for 7 nights & loved it. 5 mins walk to the next bus stop, which is then about 10 mins in to town. The lake is about 20 mins walk. Hamilton Gardens also within walking distance along the river path. We didn’t have a car but there is lots of parking. Superb place 😃
