Very good location, near the beach, restaurants, supermarket, ATM. If you prefer to cook, have everything in the kitchenet. Paul answers promptly my question and help with transport. Property was clean and had everything you needed. lovely renovated bathroom and kitchenette. loved being able to use the bikes and ride along the coastal pathway a few minutes ride away. Lovely helpful management.

Super comfy bed. Everything was super clean, great water pressure in the shower. Heated floor tiles on the bathroom floor was a lovely surprise and most welcome.

Asure Abode On Courtenay offers well-appointed rooms with flat-screen TVs and kitchens in New Plymouth’s city centre. Very clean and the room was fully serviced every day. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was a free laundry that we made use of. The location was great and we could walk to most places. There was also free onsite parking. There was an excellent kitchenette and the room had hot and cold air conditioning.
