Kitchenette is very well-equipped. WiFi is very strong and the TV in the room is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The lakeview is amazing! The host let us use their kayak for free 🤭
Cromwell

Close to everything we wanted to do , the room was so roomy for the 3 of us we had a 2 bedroom apartment, nice and clean and warm bed was comfortable and so was the pillows, the Motel was in walking distance to Dunedin city and also to the market down the railway station wasn't far to walk .

Motel is close to the water and a short drive (and probably a manageable walk, if you're energetic) to the centre of Queenstown and to shopping. Great base for seeing Queenstown and surrounds. Good to have a little kitchen at our disposal and free parking outside the door. Shower was great and the room was comfortable.
A newly furnished motel room in a good location. The accommodation was roomy and free parking was perfect.. We were given a very friendly reception on arrival. Strongly recommended.
It was very modern and clean. Wonderful view & well stocked kitchen for the guests. Although there were limited parks at the hostel, there was plenty of free parking on the road
Wonderful room! I did a 2 week road trip with Queenstown being one of the few places where I stayed more than one night. The room felt like its own little apartment which was exactly what I needed after long days on the road and nightly motel switching. Very clean and comfortable. Kind and responsive hosts. Delightful neighbourhood. Very, very cute cat!
Robyn was kindness itself, she stayed on the phone, talking us in through the road works, which made the entrance to.the motel quite a challenge. Robin also gave us some useful ideas for places of interest to visit, and provided us with maps. The location of Alexis Motor Lodge is perfect for Dunedin..many places of interest are walkable from there, including the Botanical Gardens, which are well worth a visit.
We stayed for a night and leave next day, room is tidy and neat, reasonable price for a studio type, room is non smoke and free parking just outside the room, easy access, friendly staff, pretty quite area. And if you are looking for accommodation pay as you arrive, this motel is yours.
Location location location!! Walk out onto George Street!! Great free parking!! Rooms were modern, clean well serviced!! Would definitely recommend this motel!!
