We had a wonderful time here! Very welcoming staff, the apartment (307) was very comfortable, modern, clean and had everything we needed! The big flat TV's in the living room and bedroom were apreciated! Big hidromassage bathtub. Terrace. The lower level rooms are ideal for travelers with many luggage.

Location was excellent. We brought our own breakfast. Motel was very clean an cosy and close to where we wanted to go . Owners/staff friendly and personable. They were happy to let use keep the car in their car park while we attended our seminar.

Great motel unit. Fitted adult & 3 teens comfortably and had everything we needed.
Reception was welcoming and helpful. The central location was the reason I chose this Motel. The room was luxurious, warm, can comfortable. The bathroom with a spa (sadly I didn't have time to use) and the room was cleaned every day. Kei runga rawa atu! Thank you

The Motelier at Reception was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived at night mid Winter and our room had been thoughtfully pre-heated.
Riverlodge motel is situated just a few minutes walk from Nelson town centre. The room was sizable and on the first floor which meant some heavy lifting of luggage. There were a few cars in the car park already so we decided to leave the car on the road outside. We had a meal in the town so other than tea and breakfast didn’t make extensive use of the facilities which were more than adequate for a one night stay.
