Cute little place just off a nice little high street. Facilities were great and the balcony was lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake. Parking right outside the room. Bed was very comfortable. I only stayed one night so it was a shame I didn't get chance to really enjoy the pool area.

The location was great! It was very close to the cruise ship. I did like the idea of getting the keys from the locker and checking out was very easy, just dropped the keys in the mailbox. The motel is old, but the room was clean. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They also had a coffee maker that my friend used.

A classic, perfectly maintained motel. Friends and I visited for 2 nights to attend a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion, which was a 6 minute drive away! The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful. Rooms were spotless. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Room nicely renovated and very well maintained. Assume all or most rooms likewise. [Did not see inside of cottages.] Property well maintained. Staff very nice. Able to be seated at Lago resaurant in Meredith on Tuesday evening within one hour without reservation. Had nice motel type king room; nearby cottages appeared to be similarly nice with preferable views and outdoors seating. Perhaps best of available for affordable short notice reservation near NH lakes for two nights in early August
Cleanliness is my top priority when booking a hotel. We found our room very clean. We usually stay with the Hilton chain, so I was a little hesitant to stay at this motel. All the reviews said the rooms were clean, and they were correct!
The location and parking were good. They had a nice pool and a hot tub we enjoyed. The grounds were beautiful to look at with all the pretty flowers and shrubs. The owner was pleasant and displayed pride in his motel.
