I thought the outside courtyard pool area was really nice and spacious and cute. Wonderful to relax with all the tiki stuff and the tiki bar was cute with strong drinks. Also liked the spacious rooms and retro feel.

I have stayed at this property several time and intend to stay again. My room is always clean and well stocked. Staff/owners are pleasant and welcoming. As a travel nurse I look for SAFETY, LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, and of course PRICE. At Island Sun Inn I get all four.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
love Siesta Key so we just needed to find a motel for a few days. Not the best location as the walk to the Village was too far; needed a car. Great view of the Bay though
