The staff I interacted with were extremely kind, helpful, and flexible (as I needed a slightly earlier check-in and slightly later check-out time). Really appreciated how easy everything was! Location was near where I needed to go and felt safe for a single woman traveling alone.

I had a huge room with a great workspace which is important to me. A large window looking out over downtown. A bar and pizza / Italian place downstairs. Food carts very close. Right dt for a killer price. Nice staff. I stayed a a hipster hotel for a few night before which had no workspace shared bathroom. This was so much better!

This is a straight up wonderful little hotel in a slightly industrial area but it's surrounded by fantastic things. There's an awesome coffee shop directly across the street and two of the very best meals I've had were from food trucks directly across the street. Both the Mexican and Greek food trucks were amazing! First time I ever tried eating from a food truck and it was awesome. Sandy boulevard right outside has quick access to public transportation and you're near the airport. The price is right the location is right and it's pretty quiet except for the train.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

Cute, boutique motel in a quiet, safe area that has been updated well. Large room, comfortable bed and linens, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Excellent shower pressure and hot water.
Breakfast was good, location is convenient for those who is interested in Columbia River Gorge. Free parking is big plus. And we liked spacious room and wide beds.
Cozy place with good vibes in a nice street with lots of trees. There is plenty of free parking and helpful staff. Walking distance to trendy NW 23rd Ave, Pearl District, and the Old Town. Lots of restaurants and breweries. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and cookies. It's not fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy but clean, comfy, and safe. It's all of that, and it was perfect for our needs.
It was very good value for money. We stayed in a room in the "motel" style section, so it definitely feels like a motel rather than a hotel. But I appreciated that the room was clean and recently renovated. I also appreciated the free parking and the self-serve laundry in the basement. Also, we really liked the free tea, coffee, and cookies in the main lobby (and the tiny garden area for sitting). The location was great, close to Washington Park. Overall, for the price point, we were very satisfied!
Stayed at Motel for the free parking and close proximity to Revolution Hall. Room was newly remodeled and comfy. We were able to easily walk to and from venue with no hassle.
All of it: free parking, the location, the reception, the facilities, the size of the room. This was our last hotel/motel from a month long trip in NW USA, and it had everything that we expected from a motel room for 2 persons: a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, kitchen table, a separate bedroom with second TV, and an en suite bathroom. And that only for the price of 110 EUR per/n ! We also got a free entrance to the Japanese garden. Thank you nice receptioniste !
This is a very comfortable and centrally located motel, with free parking on site, kitchenette and welcoming staff. It is close to supermarkets and pharmacies and several restaurants on NW 23rd, and is an easy walk to downtown. Also close to Washington Park and the trails past the Japanese and rose gardens. There is an elevator which was functioning well. We did not find that traffic noise was an issue during our stay.
