We’ve been staying here for years. Everything is always perfect and if it’s not the owner and staff always make their best effort to make it so.
Located just off Interstate Highway 35, this motel features free Wi-Fi and a daily hot breakfast. Guest rooms at Pearsall Inn and Suites are appointed with a 42-inch flat-screen cable TV.

The location was perfect, just right off of I-35 south, in and off the Interstate but not too close. No noise at all. We slept comfortably, the bed was comfortable. .The location was great. There's places to eat nearby, even walking distance and a grocery and gas station nearby.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
This Inn is fine for our needs. Very clean. The Manager is very helpful and understanding. A pet friendly motel with reasonable $15 pet fee.

The place was very clean and had lots of hot water. Did not smell too much of chemicals and/or cheap motel but rather, had the overall cleanliness and smells of a mid scale hotel. (Think Holliday Inn.) Quiet air conditioner. Quiet location …but it is albeit, in a dead quiet small town in nowhere Texas. The staff/owners were friendly, professional and very helpful. They responded immediately and helped me figure out an air conditioner problem.(Breaker was blown.)
