The owners were very nice, the room was large and clean, the TV was very large. It was peaceful, close to fast food restaurants.

The place was very clean and had lots of hot water. Did not smell too much of chemicals and/or cheap motel but rather, had the overall cleanliness and smells of a mid scale hotel. (Think Holliday Inn.) Quiet air conditioner. Quiet location …but it is albeit, in a dead quiet small town in nowhere Texas. The staff/owners were friendly, professional and very helpful. They responded immediately and helped me figure out an air conditioner problem.(Breaker was blown.)
