The location and value are impossible to meet. I had an apartment style room which made it easy and comfortable for an extended stay. Staff were kind and attentive and the beach was nice and quiet. Looking forward to coming back.

It was a last minute booking on the 4th, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of service and facilities. The rate was very fair compared to jacked up "holiday" rates for other hotels and motels in the area. The service was very good, the facilities were okay ()there was some renovation going on), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. On the whole, I was very pleased.
We loved this little motel, quite retro and extremely inviting. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. We loved everything about the Sea Scape. You have a small garden area in front of the property with tables, chairs and an hammock which overlooks the beach, it also has its own beach access, couldn’t ask for anything more. They also have beach chairs, paddle boards etc that you can use on the beach. We will most definitely be back. Excellent value for money.
The motel is located close to the Kennedy Space Center, so this was the purpose of the travel.
The staff at the reception was super helpful and nice. Guided me very well around, and gave me a good and quite room in the back of the motel, as asked.
The motel was renovated and it seemed like new. Free parking was available and wide. The motel was also very close to the center and the beaches, 2-3 km across the bridge.
The breakfast was very nice, with the wide range of choices.
