Cute little place just off a nice little high street. Facilities were great and the balcony was lovely to sit out on and enjoy the view of the lake. Parking right outside the room. Bed was very comfortable. I only stayed one night so it was a shame I didn't get chance to really enjoy the pool area.

The location was great! It was very close to the cruise ship. I did like the idea of getting the keys from the locker and checking out was very easy, just dropped the keys in the mailbox. The motel is old, but the room was clean. It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They also had a coffee maker that my friend used.

The location was beautiful! They really do a great job with the property. The flowers were exquisite. Loved the gazebo, pool and hot tub.

The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The property was in a great location. The owner, Janet, was very friendly and helpful. The pool was so refreshing and looks exactly like the pictures. Walk right across the street for lake access. The motel has its own area for guests to put chairs by the water, sit on the dock- and jump into beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. We will definitely stay here again!
The room was excellent. Motel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had more items than other hotels and was good.
Very well equipped location, even if we did not meet her, you could see the host (Amanda) thought of very single detail (bathroom cosmetics) so that our stay was fantastic. Free parking available.
The motel is clean and the family that runs it is always there for advice on restaurants etc. The pool was wonderful and the lake access, although small, is close by and a peaceful spot to sit and relax, fish, or swim. AC was silent and nice and cool even through the hot spell.
Great motel - clean, staff was super friendly and attentive. Plenty to do in the area all with driving distance!
