I made a mistake reserving a wrong date. When I showed up they couldn't see my reservation. Looking at my confirmation they informed me about the date. They cheerfully honored the rate. Room was clean. Great price

When I arrived the motel did not honor the room that I had booked. I had paid extra to get a handicap accessible room, but I was given a standard room. I did not feel safe taking a shower and almost fell because there was nothing to hold on to.
