The breakfast area was just across from the check-in desk. For the cost of room the breakfast that was provided was more than sufficient. The room was freshly painted and very clean. The flooring was LVP, which added to feeling of cleanliness. The flat screen TV worked and had a large selection of channels. The furnishings were adequate. There is a nice gazebo which was perfect for viewing the total eclipse. ( our purpose for traveling there) Convenient to several restaurants, drug store and grocery store.

I visit the Little Rock Zoo a lot due to my nonprofit's work and their support. However while it appears the current management is trying to make things better and I imagine at their low rates there isn't a lot of resources for that work, the breakfast is truly pitiful. For example, 2 dry cereal choices, a pancake machine, and bread (white, wheat, raisin bread), orange and apple juice, no butter, pancake syrup, and only grape jelly. On one visit they actually had yogurt, which was a plus. Oh, they also have those little energy bar things.....basically, their breakfast is the cheapest carbs out there. One egg dish or at least hardboiled eggs in the fridge with some yogurt would make things much better.

Friendly staff. Clean room. I felt safe as a single traveler
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
When I arrived the motel did not honor the room that I had booked. I had paid extra to get a handicap accessible room, but I was given a standard room. I did not feel safe taking a shower and almost fell because there was nothing to hold on to.
