I liked no carpets, no smell, clean, 4 towels and gated parking. There are a few places to eat and a Ralph’s within walking distance. Staff is pleasant.

Lots of parking, staff was really nice a friendly, pool is heated and very clean. The coffee machine in the lobby has great drinks. Lots of near by restaurants and less than 10 minute drive to universal studios, I would 100% stay here again.

Location was fine, except for quite a few sirens from emergency vehicles on the main street out front.

The owners were welcoming and accommodating. The room was bright and clean and updated. Being an EV owner they had free charging for me, and having a gate gives the motel a sense of security. I will be staying there the next time I'm in Los Angeles. I could not have had a better experience.
Number one this is not a hotel. This should be a motel. This place is a total dump hookers walking around all over the place drug dealers dealing drugs bad scene.
