Stayed for a night and it was Okay. If you just need a place in burbank die the night it will do, but wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend it for a long stay as a base to visit parks in the surrounding areas.

This is a small hotel but with all of the features you need for your stay in LA. The room was clean and we got maid service every single day we were there. The hotel is located very close to the Hollywood/Western metro station which makes it easy to move around the city using the train. There are stores, restaurants, laundries and pharmacies near the hotel.
The Hollywood walk of fame is about 20 mins walk from the hotel.
At night the street where the hotel is located is kind of lonely but we felt secure anyways.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Usually don't expect anything fancy with this kind of Motel, and it is no frills, but it is very clean, roomy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The owners were welcoming and accommodating. The room was bright and clean and updated. Being an EV owner they had free charging for me, and having a gate gives the motel a sense of security. I will be staying there the next time I'm in Los Angeles. I could not have had a better experience.
Number one this is not a hotel. This should be a motel. This place is a total dump hookers walking around all over the place drug dealers dealing drugs bad scene.
