Sam was amazing, the rooms were clean and the pool was perfect. The walk to the beach was short, and the pier isn't far away at all. The neighborhood was quiet and I didn't worry about parking the rental car in the lot. Honestly, the perfect spot for my young son and I to spend our first 'real' vacation. :)

I had to call the police on the racist Arab owner to honor my fully paid reservation. Upon the police arrival and booking.com supervisor my reservation was honored 3 hours later and we were placed in a filthy room with holes in the wall

We were within walking distance to the beach, so the location was great and they also provided us with umbrella and chairs which was very convenient. Tonya, one of the managers, was very accommodating.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The room was clean and fully equipped with a large refrigerator and stove, a lot of dishes in the kitchen, a large dining table, towels and linen were clean. The motel is close to the beach
Great location one block away from the beach and many restaurants. Nice view of the ocean and sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop pool deck. The manager is very nice and available to answer all questions. Free parking at the hotel. Very large and well equiped rooms.
It was dirty. Plain & simple. It was the equivalent to staying at a motel 6… except triple the price. Bed is uncomfortable, bathroom makes weird noises & is just dirty.
