Sam was amazing, the rooms were clean and the pool was perfect. The walk to the beach was short, and the pier isn't far away at all. The neighborhood was quiet and I didn't worry about parking the rental car in the lot. Honestly, the perfect spot for my young son and I to spend our first 'real' vacation. :)

Beautiful property, typical Floridian style, immaculately clean and manicured lawns, fantastic staff. Felt at home, everything was well thought-out and comfortable, completely safe. Only a block from the beach.

Great location one block away from the beach and many restaurants. Nice view of the ocean and sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop pool deck. The manager is very nice and available to answer all questions. Free parking at the hotel. Very large and well equiped rooms.
It was dirty. Plain & simple. It was the equivalent to staying at a motel 6… except triple the price. Bed is uncomfortable, bathroom makes weird noises & is just dirty.
