Check in was easy, but man was neither rude nor very welcoming. Got the impression bored and asking suggestions to see things was like going to the dentist...painful.
No signage to say no cleaning necessary nor did he ask at check in, so room was cleaned.

Quiet, comfortable, easy check-in/check-out... got pretty much exactly what we expected, and we like that. Also like that the property owners run the place, not some big chain that dictates everything about it. They seem to really care and take real ownership of this place.

Clean and great value. Owner provided a superb gift basket to each of us. Perfect for a quick stopover stay in CO Springs. Lots of locations to grab a meal nearby also. Will use this place again!

Very clean, updated historic motel and lodge that's I'm the best location just walking distance from Garden of the Gods. Reasonable rates and a delightful staff that's helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely be staying her again when I'm in Colorado Springs!
The people who run this motel are super friendly and accommodating. This is the third summer I've stayed there and the rooms are always clean and have everything I need. Location perfect.
I really enjoyed how clean the facility was the breakfast was good and I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the bacon haven't got bacon I had a motel for a long time but it was nice staff was very friendly
