This is an eclectic and fun place to stay! Wish we had more that one night here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was something planned for every day of the week from scheduled bike rides to aqua zumba to live bands. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was the standard complimentary fare but was set in an awesome lodge with a fireplace. This is where you also check in. Garden of the Gods was practically at their back door. Nice location. If we come by this way again, we will be staying here, and for more than one night.

Owner very, very friendly. We received goody bags with snacks, fruit and water bottles. Owners very accomodating of our SUV with trailer, as the parking lot can be a little tricky to manoeuvre.

Superb, iconic, location. Easy check in and check out and adequate room. Good value for the location and time of year.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Everything was perfect , couldnt have asked for better. The motel is super cute and very well maintained.. the owner is super nice and very accommodating. They were very helpful with recommending places to eat and things to do.
Very clean, updated historic motel and lodge that's I'm the best location just walking distance from Garden of the Gods. Reasonable rates and a delightful staff that's helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely be staying her again when I'm in Colorado Springs!
The people who run this motel are super friendly and accommodating. This is the third summer I've stayed there and the rooms are always clean and have everything I need. Location perfect.
I really enjoyed how clean the facility was the breakfast was good and I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the bacon haven't got bacon I had a motel for a long time but it was nice staff was very friendly

The Mecca Motel is an old-fashioned motor lodge located in a very convenient location in Colorado Springs--just blocks from Garden of the Gods and downtown Manitou Springs. There's also a great Mexican restaurant--Amanda's--just across the street. This is not a luxury accommodation, but when you're just crashing for the night, it's clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. We would stay there again.
