Very friendly and welcoming staff! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless!
There was plenty of space for the two of us. We had a corner room on the second floor, it was perfect. The location is great, pier 60 is across the street, plenty of restaurants to choose from, 24-hour Walgreens is super close.
Parking was easy. We didn't use our vehicle once after arrival.

I loved everything about the property from the rooms to the pool. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The staff was helpful with suggestions of where to eat and always kind of excellent service and bonus is drinks served by the pool. I. Any say enough nice things about this place!! Book. You won’t be sorry!

I arrived at the hotel to find out that they had no electricity and nowhere air conditioning. I had to go up and I got the very last availability at the Hampton Inn at $200 a night for which I have the receipts. I looked at my Credit card statement, and I was charged the full amount for the night despite the fact that I didn’t stay there. I will be calling Booking.com tomorrow to be explaining this to them as Hopefully, you will return the money and I won’t have to contest it with the credit card company who I’ve been with for 28 years

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Deco motel. Location. Staff. Room was whole apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, & closets. We were on a bicycle trip & were able to lock our bikes in the inner courtyard by the pool.
Location is very good; one block from an expansive white sand beach, in the peaceful part of Clearwater Beach!!! This is a very quiet and laid back motel style facility; a bit quaint and throw back to the '60's. Small rooms!!! But if you spend the day at the beach or sightseeing in the Clearwater area then room size isn't of great importance. As a couple we had sufficient space and the queen bed was comfortable.
We had a last minute overbooking and had our guests go there last minute. Laura and staff were so accomdating, finding us a great room and arranging for a late check in. Right on the beach! Classic Florida motel in a sea of condos.
The pool was about the only decent thing with this "motel".
The area however, was wonderful. Restaurants within walking distance, the beach, shops, the pier is 0.4 miles down the road and they had blow up jumper toys for the kids and a local park.
Unique location, as one of the very few motels at Gulf Blvd/Belleair Beach, which is directly situated at the beach; 1 free parking/room; kitchen w toaster, coffee machine etc.; appropriate furniture, lot of towels; nice pool; quiet; friendly owner/manager. Nice restaurants and food stores within 3-5 mi; only 8 mi to Clearwater Beach.
