Honestly, the customer care at PA House Apartments was better than the Peninsula Bangkok. I was greeted by name on arrival, they arranged a driver to take us to the bus terminal in the morning and even had a tuck room full of snacks a fridge files with cold beers and soft drinks.
When they drove us to the bus terminal, they even walked us right to our platform. The most authentic, kindest deserving hosts I've ever been fortunate to meet.
You would be blessed to stay here.

The place is very quiet and clean, with cameras and electronic entry, and the room is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, large mirror, office table, chair, drawers, and storage places. The property was quiet and very clean – the room was very spacious – it had great unlimited Wi-Fi- two windows with a green outlook- It was only three stars so not a lot of facilities but I just wanted my privacy and some peace, it was perfect for that– and the owner was very helpful – made me feel very looked after

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The place was not very different to find like other reviews. If you get to find the signboard, you can get there.
I like the architecture of the hotel, so much nicely renovated from the old building. Room facility is simple and comfortable. Bed is big enough for two adults. What I like the most is that plants are so green and well kept. Salute to the gardener!! The cafe downstairs serves good coffee and sandwiches. This is my third time in Bangkok, this hotel is so far the best.
We stayed here with a family of 7 (3 adult kids and 2 of 8 and 10y) for 3 nights. Fantastic location, clean rooms with all you need: airco, comfi beds, bathroom, bedlinen, and daily new towels soap and water. Remarkably quiet for Bangkok. Breakfast in the restaurant (not included) with good coffee. Very friendly staff, always there to help. Leena can arrange trips and taxi for you, don’t hesitate to ask her.
Lots of staff and all always very helpful. Great location at Palladium Mall. Next to night market. Palladium Fashion Mall, Big C, Central World Mall and massage parlours all within 400m. Pool towels are provided and wasn't ever busy (July). Free parking with exits on both Phetchaburi Rd and Ratchaprarop Rd where traffic security stops vehicles to let you out. 2 double bed family rooms on corners are spacious.
We have stayed here many time. The staff are excellent, speak limited English but are helpful and willing to do things yo uask for, they also store excess luggage - a real bonus.The room is good, its clean and comfortable. The motel is close to Nana station and many good restraunts.
Location was perfect for us due to an event nearby, nice décor, large rooms, free parking, very reasonable prices. In a summary: If we are again in this area we will definitely stay at this hotel.
We came together as two families, and this host has multiple houses in the same location, making it perfect for staying together. This 4-bedroom house is clean and includes free parking for one car. Convenient location and great price compared to other options in Bangkok's prime areas with similar amenities. Highly recommend.
