nothing went well I did not end up staying the unit they had put me in had no sink or any where to put our clothes. l then went back to o office .They then gave me another unit. This unit was dirty.i made my self a cup of coffee I had to wash the cup first as it was badly stained. Then I thought I would have a wine the glass you could not see through it . I then l
looked at the blankets on the bed they needed a wash I.then went to the office said we would not be staying they would not refund my money back as I had paid on line. We then went to another motel .we stayed at the Gold mine motel which was nice and clean . I was staying in Waihi as it was my mothers Funeral .

Liked we were poolside with a safety gate for my 6-year-old autistic child. Comfortable bed and clean. Weather was hot and the pool is perfect.
Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
Stayed as close to hauraki rail trail and bike was stolen, likely by another guest. Motel claims to have cameras but they only cover one part of the driveway and they wouldn't show me the footage.
The motel was clean and tidy. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We only stayed one night but had we stayed longer I believe it would have been a nice stay
The units were really clean and well set up with everything we needed. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this motel to everyone planning to stay in Waihi.
Well located near the high street of Waihi. Rooms were very clean and had everything needed for a short stay - fridge, AC, toiletries etc. Easy on site parking and SKY TV (including Sports) standard with the room. Keeping in mind this motel is located on state highway there can be some road noise, however with the AC on it was hardly noticeable. We had a very comfy stay.
It was a clean and comfortable stay at the motel. Even when it wasn't a kitchen room, they provided amenities like a toaster, fridge and microwave which was convenient for having a simple continental breakfast and reheating yesterday's leftovers.
Location was nice e and quiet, we chose to stay here because it was set back from the main drag for road noise, and having our own entire house as opposed to a motel at a comparable price was a great option. Will be back again.
