Daughter &Grandaughter location was great,had great sleep,granddaughter especially liked sky television.My daughter said she couldn’t fault the property and was close proximity to the location of granddaughter’s assessment.

Upon arrival to the property the owner came down to greet me and show me the room, and the facilities within. The room was clean and tidy, had a tv with sky and free Wi-Fi, I didn't use the Wi-Fi, however. The bed was very comfy, and the heat pump worked a treat keeping me warm during the night. Overall, I am impressed and will certainly look to use this again on a return trip.

Stayed at Room #1:The room and bathroom were clean. Good supply of tea, coffee and sugar in the room. Milk was provided when checking in. The room is suitable just to sleep for a night if catching a flight or attending events nearby. Ample parking.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
This is a very good motel operated with great efficiency and caters well for individual needs. On a cold evening the owner had the heat pump going to ensure a warm room.
A lovely modern motel on the outskirts of town. Set back from the road, so very quiet. Helpful staff, and so nice to be pet friendly (at an extra cost), and get visits from the owners dog. Great shower.
perfect location, private and yet close to the shopping centre. Easy vehicle access to parking and exiting the motel. Lovely warm unit, has everything in it required, and plenty of space as well. Will definitely stay here again!
Location was great, room was clean and comfortable. Good coffee. Shower pressure was amazing. In most places the shower pressure is no better than a hose. Loved the side lamps with wireless chargers. Plenty of sky channels to choose from. For such a busy place, it was not noisy at all. Have booked our next stay already. Room was nice warm.
Friendly staff, lovely and clean, disability room spacious with great bathroom facilities. We could also take our dog which is great. Concrete ramp up to door for easy access. Close to town. Had yummy fish and chips from town and a great meal ftom the redoubt bar and eatery. Highly recommend Matariki motor lodge.
