Entrance lounge next to Reception was nice, clean and welcoming with Sofas .
The room was clean ,and has all the basics e.g kettle, tea bags, iron /iron stand , TV, Table/chair etc
Size of room was also very reasonable as well.

Lovely hot bath. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Ample free parking. Friendliness of the lovely lady at reception, the cleaning operatives and the breakfast team was also a real bonus. The location was also good - near the motorway without being too noisy.
