Looking for a motel?
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.

The Motel was very clean and comfortable! There was a mix up in regards to our room the manager quickly rectified the situation and upgraded us to a larger room for the same price. They were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend Motel Cartier.

Our room did have a view, which was nice and the motel is situated very close to the water. It was really nice to have some kitchen amenities available in our room (hot plate, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishes). Parking was very convenient.

Exceptional view. Nicely appointed kitchen and living room. Loved the location. Clean. Comfortable beds. I enjoy cabin style motels with multiple bedrooms.

The motel was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom was quite satisfactory and the views of the St. Lawrence along with grassy areas to walk are terrific. Highly recommend this motel with accommodating staff who were aware we might be a late arrival. The deck from the room was a surprise with a table to sit at and watch the ferry.

A nice 4 story mini hotel, with bar, restaurant, pool, spa etc. Parking is more motel style...get as close to your room as possible to carry in your luggage.

An ordinary motel that at some point in the not to distant past realized it was dated and so refurbished all the rooms. They didn't tell me this but it's obvious from the decor and bathroom fixtures that they put some thought into refreshing the rooms. The rooms are clean, bright, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is quite modern, the shower is great.

Size of the room was great with ample seating other than the bed. Very clean. Staff very friendly and spoke French and English. Good coffee in the room. Very convenient location. The bedding was so cozy.
