Convenient, and although not glamorous in any way, it had all the facilities of tea, coffee, biscuits, utensils and plates, comfy bed and an excellent shower and toiletries. It was also an easy walking distance to the shops and places to eat. Just off the highway so easy to find.

Location was very convenient for me. I specifically chose this motel because they have EV charging and are pet friendly.
The hot water in the shower was quick to arrive and they had lovely rain shower
Good location, easy to find. Large rooms & each unit is stand alone with its own car port which is great in this potentially cold location. Very spacious bedroom & bathroom plus it has an outside walled courtyard which would be great in reasonable weather. Nice addition to a good motel.

A bit of car noise in the early morning as it's close to highway. In other words, the property itself is quieter.
To me, it was fine and no impact.
Maybe a bit of concern for sensitive people.
Other bonus is 'Belvoir Park Lake' right beside the motel. Good for take a walk with kids. I liked it !
