The room is equipped with a lot of stuff, a great bathroom, and the reception also provides beverages. The room is two minutes by feet from the closest subway station. I was there with a friend and we spent the night enjoying the room and watching a movie, and then having a relaxing bath, it was great. I don't even understand how this place can charge so little for such a room (less than 70 euros for the night). The ladies at the reception were really kind and welcoming.

We didn’t know much about the ‘adult only’ concept of the hotel before coming but it turned out to be efficient; all facilities provided were excellent, we didn’t need to contact anyone. We ordered room service from the tv and the food was served delicious and fresh; amenities were impressive and hot and cold water provided. We were locked in until we paid at the machine in the room.

Good location next to the station, with entrance in an alley.

Attractively located in the Sumida Ward district of Tokyo, Hotel Balian Resort Kinshicho is situated 2.5 km from Tokyo Skytree, 2.6 km from Ryogoku Kokugikan National Sumo Stadium and 6 km from Japan... Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our luggage off before check-in and explore the city hands-free. Very close to the Tokyo Skytree and the train station. Our room was great, very clean and lots of spa stuff available too! It was a very quiet and relaxing place.
