We didn’t know much about the ‘adult only’ concept of the hotel before coming but it turned out to be efficient; all facilities provided were excellent, we didn’t need to contact anyone. We ordered room service from the tv and the food was served delicious and fresh; amenities were impressive and hot and cold water provided. We were locked in until we paid at the machine in the room.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our luggage off before check-in and explore the city hands-free. Very close to the Tokyo Skytree and the train station. Our room was great, very clean and lots of spa stuff available too! It was a very quiet and relaxing place.

Hotel PAL is located a 4-minute walk from JR Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line. Sunshine City is also just a 8-minute walk away. Bathtub was really big, we liked it a lot ! The massage chair was also very good ! We didn't use it, but the "toy" was a nice touch. I also liked being able to smoke in the room.
