Great selection of toiletries available. Our check in was excellent , we had contact via email and in person. A lovely helpful female staff member was very friendly and assisted us throughout the process as did the staff member who emailed me and answered my questions. Very good hotel! Very large and spacious suite, large bed and spa bath. Excellent stay.

While booking I saw the photos and found out they have Hello Kitty themed rooms. While completing the booking procedure I asked if it was possible to reserve one of those. The staff was super kind and kept one for us. The room was VERY COOL and I was super happy. Highly recommended!!! On top of that, the room was biggish, with a cozy sofa and a vanity desk, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing :)

We were traveling with an infant and could easily snug all together in the bed. The room is biggish, with a little sofa and a small table. Very cozy for leisure travelers. The jacuzzi is top !
