There is a private parking right under the hotel from where you will be accessing the building directly. If you have a reservation you can just take the elevator to the first floor where you will find the reception. The room we stayed in was pretty spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom with hot tub and a tv! The bed was also comfortable and we had a great night sleep. This is one of the so-called "Love Hotel" and we did not know what to expect but in reality it is pretty much just like a normal hotel that probably people also use just for a few hours. All considered this was a good option and reasonably priced with very friendly staff so I can just recommend it completely!

So much space, big bed that wasn’t two beds pushed together, separate bathroom/toilet as well as a separate sink area. Microwave, hot and cold water dispenser, huge TV, sofa and the bath was also a jacuzzi. Also, parking was free.

Bath soaps of different smells were provided in the main lobby for guests to freely use.

The rooms at Xenia Amagasaki have air conditioning and a desk. While booking I saw the photos and found out they have Hello Kitty themed rooms. While completing the booking procedure I asked if it was possible to reserve one of those. The staff was super kind and kept one for us. The room was VERY COOL and I was super happy. Highly recommended!!! On top of that, the room was biggish, with a cozy sofa and a vanity desk, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing :)
