Being an adults only, 9 cabin secluded property, it's quiet with beautiful grounds and surrounds. Very relaxing!

Massive spa bath; it was very clean and tidy. Free parking, I like that they had adults only rooms as all guests were very quiet in the area I stayed

A beautiful property for adults only. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens lovely and you can easily walk into the town if you wish.

Lovely old fashion hotel with restaurant attached. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great location. Short walk to shops, theatres and park land Double glazed windows block any potential street noise. Very welcoming and helpful staff

Fantastic location, in the heart of Hepburn. Beautiful view over the sanctuary - we were treated to a fantastic light show night 1 with flash lightning :) The baths in each room are fantastic, great shower, comfy bed. Place was nice and toasty for us on arrival, with plenty of additional heating options if required. We wanted for nothing, and loved the ambiance and serenity of the accommodation. The welcome bottle of wine was an appreciated extra surprise also!

Old fashion hotel room presented in an immaculate condition. Bed was super comfy and the room was very spacious. Love walking down the stairway into the bar area. Food and drinks were great.
