The room is very spacious and it comes with a living room inside. The bathroom has a large bathtub you can enjoy. The amenities are abundant, e.g. facial mask, lotions, bath salt, hairbrush, etc. (So many). Also you can enjoy some adults enterteinment stuff. The breakfast is also ok. It was well appointed and they give you a key card so you can enter and go out as you please unlike most love hotels. My room had free all you can drink draft beer with a tap which I was not expecting and the beer was cold and fresh.
Very fashion hotel, modern facilities and processes, staff was very helpful and the bath/sauna are nice after a day of walking. Room was stylish. PJ was really comfortable.

Very very good price. We were looking for somewhere with a king bed. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly and helpful. Ordering items to be delivered to the room on the tablet was fun. Gave us the experience/novelty of staying in a love hotel.
Good value for money hotel if you can get over the fact it's a love hotel. Spoke to other travellers who were just using the hotel purely for accommodation. Large rooms with all the amenities you need. Staff were friendly.
We booked last minute in peak season & was the cheapest property in Kyoto (although still expensive) we were well aware it was a love hotel & what that entails - which was a good laugh and something to experience!
