Though it is an adult hotel with minimum front desk service, the room is a suite with 2 separate rooms and very clean. There are also jacuzzi bath, massage chair, super sized comfortable bed, mini fridge, etc., pretty much what you might see in a 5* hotel or even more. The room is cleaned every day. However, a car is essential due to the hotel location. With the superior equipped room, it is an excellent choice for whatever the purpose for your stay.

The hotel was old but clean and spacious. Value for money. Staff don’t speak English but we’re great. Being locked in to the room was a bit weird but there was no problem calling reception to get out.

Fun stay specifically for the s&m rooms! Typical love hotel experience, no contact with the staff (normally) and no room key unless you request it. It’s not that usual to stay for so long, but we wanted this room specifically. Great ameneties, a bubble bath in the bathroom and lots of ameneties in the bathroom. You can borrow a kareoke machine in your room which was a lot of fun. Also 2 free drinks are included.

The hotel has lots to offer and there were many different types of rooms (some including pools/sauna etc). There was ping pong/darts/a spa etc. The hotel itself was very clean, the rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were friendly.

It was well appointed and they give you a key card so you can enter and go out as you please unlike most love hotels. My room had free all you can drink draft beer with a tap which I was not expecting and the beer was cold and fresh.
Very fashion hotel, modern facilities and processes, staff was very helpful and the bath/sauna are nice after a day of walking. Room was stylish. PJ was really comfortable.

Good value for money hotel if you can get over the fact it's a love hotel. Spoke to other travellers who were just using the hotel purely for accommodation. Large rooms with all the amenities you need. Staff were friendly.
We booked last minute in peak season & was the cheapest property in Kyoto (although still expensive) we were well aware it was a love hotel & what that entails - which was a good laugh and something to experience!
