Situated in Cederberg in the Western Cape region, Mount Ceder features accommodation with free private parking. This lodge is set in a beautiful location. We loved just opening our eyes in the morning and having the first thing we see be a mountain view. The homes are designed perfectly for a family vacation with ample space and privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the large veranda and wood fired hot tub. The beds are comfy and the linens soft and of good quality. The staff were so friendly and helpful for planning our days. They also stored our luggage on the check-out day so we could continue to explore. We stayed 2 nights, but wish we had stayed at least three or more to really enjoy everything in the area. We highly recommend this lodge. It costs bit more than others in Cederberg area, but it was worth every penny. This is an amazing place to unwind and see another environment after visiting Cape Town. There is a visceral peacefulness about the place that makes it quite unique. We would definitely return to this lodge if we are in the area again. Loved it!!

Set in Velddrif in the Western Cape region, Lermitage Game Lodge - Solar Power offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. What an amazingly beautiful place, so isolated and peaceful. We watched the Springboks beat the all Blacks in the comfort of this beautiful home. We had a barbecue fire lit and drank some great South African wine while we did do. What a magical evening. I would highly recommend this place. The owners Linda and Johan have the best of everything - furniture, bed linen etc

The cabins were romantic and stylish, including everything you need for coziness. We saw zebras, rhinos, buffalos and many other gorgeous animals on the game drive.

Offering panoramic views of the Cederburg Mountain Range, Simbavati Cederberg Ridge is located 7 km from Clanwilliam. Each suite has a private patio with mountain views. Spectacular property with incredibly friendly staff. We were greeted warmly by Craig and Marcus who, along with the staff went out of their way daily to make sure we were looked after with our specific itinerary. We are lucky to travel regularly around the world over the past decade, and this is easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

With Goose Valley Golf Club reachable in 14 km, Knysna Elephant Park Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Everything was perfect! Absolutely perfect! The elephants are majestic and the whole atmosphere at the lodge is incredible! Found myself sitting staring at the elephants for hours. Breakfast was very good. And the staff… Best staff I ever met! Each and every one of them is amazing and made our stay even more perfect. My top recommendation for sure!

Set in George in the Western Cape region and Outeniqua Pass reachable within 3.2 km, Out of Bounds Self-Catering Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... This was a lovely space for my wife and I to enjoy as we were travelling for ministry. The owners live on site in a separate house. They are very friendly, but not intrusive. The staff does an excellent job in cleaning. The security gate was a welcome feature, although we never felt we were in danger in the area. If given the opportunity, we will gladly stay there again.
