I didn't realise the dinner was included. it was delicious and magical to sit outside and watch the game. liked the honesty bar and the pool to cool down after a long drive. the room was super comfortable too

The bedroom was exceptional as was the bathroom. The lounge was delightful. Loved the dining room and the food was spot on the mark. Themba (chef) prepared the best meal of the 40 day tour for my wife! The game viewing stands were fun and a breakfast visit from the herd of Sable Antelopes was awesome. If you are within 200km of this lodge then GO HERE and make your stay for at least two nights (I wish we had). This will be mandatory stay on our next trip to RSA, and hopefully in warmer days

This hotel offers peaceful accommodation in a garden setting with an outdoor pool and tiled terrace. Guests can stay in hotel rooms or in dome-shaped suites with a thatched roof. I liked everything about the place, the indoor fireplace had its pros and cons...mostly pros as it was extremely cold at night.The cottage is well-laid out and is furnished with many appliances should you wish to cook. The lack of a wifi signal is a bonus and we got to hang out around the fireplace. There are hikes all around the property, and I wish we could have had a more extended stay and gone on at least one. However, my 80-year-old mom wanted to see daisies😝 The bathrooms were adequate, the toilets worked perfectly, and the water was hot. The lodge supplied us with towels and washing amenities. All-in-all it was a great stay.

Nuwefonteinskop Lodge- Kotzesrus has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Kotzesrus. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent. The hosts were perfect and after a very long drive they did everything to make us comfortable. The walk up the Koppie was unexpected and a real treat. If you want noise and nightlife do not go but if you want tranquility under the stars it is just the perfect place.

Situated in Augrabies in the Northern Cape region, Daberas Guest Farm features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Remote location where you learn about nature when there’s not much rainfall. It’s amazing. Also you’re in nature, beautiful sunsets and stars. Beautiful Kokerbomen (quivertrees). The house is very well equipped with a good shower, a comfortable bed and it’s very clean. There’s a kitchen that so you can self cater. We went there to visit the Augrabies NP which is a 50 minute drive away. But do contact the owner too: there are activities on the guest farm too, we did a sunset tour and got to see beautiful views. They made the remote accessible for my 78yo mom too with this tour. Hannecke one of the owners is (or has) an incredible cook, for an honest price she makes a meal so that’s something to ask about too. There are no G’s and the WiFi is just good enough to what’s app which is perfect way to deconnect without worrying your relatives
